Acquisition of White Energy Technology Limited, a company which has the exclusive license for the BCB technology. Name changed from Amerod Resources Limited.
Joint Venture signed with PT Bayan Resources Tbk (PT Kaltim Supacoal) to construct and operate BCB plants in Indonesia.
2008
Development agreement signed with Peabody Energy to construct and operate BCB plants in the Powder River Basin 
Development agreement signed with Buckskin Mining ( a wholly owned subsidiary of Keiwit) to construct and operate BCB plants in Powder River Basin 
2009
Joint Venture signed with Black River Asset Management covering the African market
2010
Purchase of South Australian Coal Limited and restructuring of White Energy board and management team

The BCB process was developed by a consortia led by the Commonwealth Scientific Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and other leading coal industry players.
