Summary

White Energy Co. (WEC.AU) said Tuesday it has agreed to lease land from Buckskin Mining Company to build an A$80 million coal processing facility in Wyoming.

The facility, slated to go live in the second quarter of 2010, is expected to produce 1.1 million tons of coal briquettes, White Energy said.

White Energy increases the energy efficiency and lowers emissions produced by lower rank coal by reducing its moisture content.

Buckskin Mining is owned by Kiewit Corporation.
