Summary

White Energy Company Limited (ASX:WEC; OTCQX: WECFY) (the Company) has issued: -

• 13,846,170 Ordinary Shares to shareholders on 11 August 2010 (Transfer of Ordinary Shares in South Australian Coal Limited pursuant to Takeover Offer contained in Bidders Statement dated 7 June 2010);


• 30,000,000 Ordinary Shares to shareholders on 10 August 2010 (Placement to Sophisticated Investors raising $75 million as outlined in the Bidders Statement dated 7 June 2010); and


• 3,600,000 Ordinary Shares to shareholders on 11 August 2010 (Exercise of $1.20 Options due to expire 30 August 2010).
