
Mr. Duncan was appointed to the Board of White Energy on 25 June 2008 and then as Chairman on 17 September 2010. He is a member of the Audit & Risk committee, the Remuneration committee and the Nomination committee.
Mr. Duncan is a civil engineer with over forty years experience in project management of large mining and infrastructure development projects in Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and India. Mr. Duncan’s experience includes the successful financing and development of projects such as Piparwar coal mine in India, North Goonyella coal project in Queensland and the Ulan coal mine in New South Wales. More recently Mr. Duncan was Chairman of ASX listed coal company Felix Resources prior to its takeover by Yangzhou Coal in October 2009. Mr. Duncan is a member of the NSW Government Clean Coal Council.

Mr. Flannery was appointed to the Board of White Energy and as the Managing Director on 17 September 2010. He is a member of the Nomination committee.
Mr. Flannery is a mining engineer with more than thirty five years experience in the development, engineering, construction and management of open-cut and underground mining projects in Australia and overseas. Mr. Flannery was Managing Director of White Mining Limited prior to its merger with Felix Resources in April 2005. Subsequent to that merger Mr. Flannery held the position of Managing Director of Felix Resources and Yancoal Australia Ltd.

Mr. Cubbin joined the Board of White Energy on 17 February 2010. He is Chairman of the Audit & Risk committee and a member of the Nomination committee. Mr. Cubbin holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from Monash University.
Mr. Cubbin was a Senior Executive with Consolidated Press (CPH) from 1990 until September 2005, including Chief Financial Officer for 13 years. Prior to joining CPH, Mr. Cubbin held senior finance positions in a number of major companies including Capita Financial Group and Ford Motor Company. He has 15 years experience as a director and audit committee member of public companies in Australia and the United States. He is also a non-executive director of ASX listed Challenger Financial Services Group Limited, STW Communications Group Limited, Bell Financial Group Limited and McPerhson’s Limited, and serves on the Audit Committee for each of those companies.

Mr. Mende joined the Board of White Energy on 17 September 2010. He is a member of the Nomination committee.
Mr. Mende has been President and COO of AMCI (USA) since he co-founded the company in 1986, and remains one of its largest shareholders. He is also a Director of MMX Mineracao, NWR-LSE-Warsaw-Prague, Excel Maritime Nasdaq US and MMX-Rio-Toronto. On 3 May 2007 he was appointed as a Director of Whitehaven Coal Limited.

Mr. Kinghorn joined the Board of White Energy on 17 September 2010. He is a member of the Nomination committee, Audit & Risk committee and Remuneration committee.
Mr. Kinghorn qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse & Co and was then Joint General Manger of Development Finance Corporation Limited. He left Development Finance Corporation Limited to found the Allco Finance Group. Mr. Kinghorn subsequently founded the Rentworks Limited Group and the RAMS Home Loans Group. He has more than 35 years experience in finance. Mr. Kinghorn is currently Chairman of Rentworks India Private Limited and was appointed Chairman of the Australian listed entity RHG Limited on 3 June 2002. He is a Director of Orbian Corporation Limited and Krispy Kreme Australia and a trustee of the Kinghorn Foundation.

Mr. O’Rourke joined the White Energy Board on 30 September 2010. He is a member of the Nomination committee and Remuneration committee.
Mr. O’Rourke brings over 40 years of corporate and railway industry experience spanning operations, finance and business management. Mr. O’Rourke was formerly Queensland Commissioner for Railways and the CEO of Queensland Rail. Mr. O’Rourke is presently the Chairman of the Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Board, Chairman of Rail Innovation Australia Pty Ltd and Non-Executive Director of Yancoal Australia Ltd (formerly Felix Resources) and Bradken Limited, a listed company.
